CHAMPAGNE

A light golden color with jade reflections. On the nose, there are fresh and intense citrus aromas, supported by notes of ripe fruit and acacia flowers. The palate is lively with a fresh opening. The intense flavor character brings notes of fleshy white fruits. The finish is clean, long, and very deep.

Cuvée Rosé features a light salmon color, along with an aroma of berries, watermelon, black cherries, and citrus. The aroma gives way to a symphony of raspberry and strawberry, leading to a tender and delicate finish.

The Champagne is a golden hue with fine and steady bubbles. The nose is sweet with distinct chalky aromas. You’ll find plum, nectarine, citrus zest, and hazelnut on the complex and intense palate with a balance of freshness, sweetness, and chalky notes, along with tannins. The finish is briny.

The maturity of the Champagne is immediately apparent in its golden hue, persistent bubbles, and autumnal notes: on the nose, soft aromas of roasted chestnuts, toasted buckwheat, rich nuts, honey nougat, ripe pears, dried flowers, and pine sap. The palate is energetic with notes of grapefruit, ripe fruits, and toasted nuts. It has a refined, grainy texture.

This champagne boasts soft aromas of brioche, breadcrumbs, white peach, and watermelon on the first whiff, followed by elderflower and jasmine. The palate has a generous structure, reminiscent of a cotton flower, that gives away floral nuances and refreshing lightness. The finish is marked by a delicate bitterness that hints at fresh almonds.
