E.H. Taylor Jr. Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
This bourbon honors Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor Jr., known as the “Father of the Modern Bourbon Industry.” It shows Buffalo Trace Distillery’s focus on top quality. Each barrel is chosen by hand from the middle of Warehouse C, a historic building designed by Taylor. The bourbon is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) to meet strict Bottled-in-Bond rules.
This non-chill-filtered bourbon highlights the special qualities of single barrel spirits. Every bottle has its own unique taste, shaped by its specific barrel. The mash bill, believed to be Buffalo Trace’s most popular, gives a full and balanced flavor. The use of traditional copper pot stills adds to its authentic craftsmanship.
