Mezcal

Sweet, fruity nose, with a mango and cinnamon taste and long, extra smooth finish.

Aroma of honey, vanilla, pineapple and citrus. Notes of fresh herbs, earthy minerals, cinnamon, banana and tangerine on the palate. Finish is long and soft, with a touch of black pepper.

Beautiful notes of apples, mango, local fruits, wood, and smooth smoke.

Initially sweet, with a finish of mesquite and agave mash.

The nose opens with a subtle mixture of florals, fruit, agave nectar, campfire smoke, and pepper. On the palate, the interplay of fresh citrus and apple lead into flavors of roasted agave, and smokiness, rounding it all up with a little bit of heat. The finish is clean, lingering, and warm.
