Each new batch is unique, with its own taste profile, carefully shaped by Master Blender John Rhea. These expertly blended, small-batch bourbons have gained quick popularity, often selling out based on word of mouth alone.

Batch #11 is a distinct blend using carefully selected, well-aged bourbons from 6 to 14 years old, with bold and memorable character.

It has an alcohol volume of 59.4% ABV, or 118.8 proof.

Sight and aroma

Nose
A sharp, tingling sensation hits the nose right away from the rye grains and the whiskey’s age. Then, a smooth burst of caramel and vanilla follows. Finishing with a soft, gentle hint of chocolate and oak.

Palate
The spiciness from the rye grains and the tannins from the barrel create a tingle on the tongue. Afterward, a mellow flow of vanilla tea and soft wine notes spread across the palate.

Finish
As the tingling fades, a mild warmth remains with a sweet apple flavor lingering in the throat.
