Angel’s Envy Madeira Cask Finish Bourbon Whiskey

In 2015, the Henderson family traveled to Madeira, seeking the perfect barrels for their next finish. After tasting over 30 varieties of Madeira wine, they discovered the ideal cask for the third Cellar Collection release. Madeira wine’s aging process is centuries old and shows true craftsmanship. During aging, the casks are heated to encourage oxidation, bringing out the wine’s unique flavor and color. It combines the dryness of fine sherry with the richness of tawny port, making this finish a worthy addition to the Angel’s Envy Cellar Collection.

Our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in Madeira casks will be available at our distillery for a limited time starting June 6th. Pre-sales will be open via a lottery on 500 Main.
